Delivering Exceptional Endodontic Care For More Than Two Decades
Phoenix Endodontic Group is proud to be known and trusted by our endodontic colleagues, as well as over 75,000 satisfied patients. We strive to treat each patient as we would like to be treated and have been refining our approach to endodontics for more than 25 years. We continue to refine – and have taken great care to shape our practice to best serve the needs of our patients.
Payments & Fees
The fees for our services will be based on the treatment required to correct your endodontic issues. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, the length of each visit, and the fees involved.
Endodontic treatment fees can range from $900 to $2,100 per tooth, depending upon the treatment required. Suitable arrangement for payment needs to be made at the time of treatment.
Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card, Zelle, or Care Credit. The credit cards we accept are MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your convenience, you may also use PayPal, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to settle your account.
Patients with Dental Insurance:
As a courtesy, we submit any claims for you to your dental insurance carrier, but filing an insurance claim does not relieve you of responsibility for your bill. Phoenix Endodontic Group is not responsible for any coverage denials by dental plans. We require patient estimated amounts and deductibles to be made at the time our services are rendered..
Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment possible for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for endodontic specialists in our area. This amount may be different from your insurance company’s benefit schedule and the actual reimbursement to us.
Remaining balances AFTER insurance has paid are due and payable at that time. Unpaid balances after 30 days will be charged late fees and interest.
Patients without Dental Insurance:
For those patients without dental insurance we require payment in full at the time of service.
Insurance
The Phoenix Endodontic Group believes the patient should come first in all ways. One of the ways in which we deliver on this philosophy is in the amount of time we spend with each patient. Our staff wants all of our patients to be relaxed and comfortable and get all of their questions answered. Our doctors take as much time as each patient requires.
This approach truly is a “patient focused” model as opposed to one that allows insurance companies to dictate clinical decisions regarding patient treatment. We are specialists that focus only on Endodontics. We want every one of our patients to feel special when they are greeted at our office. We do not believe in double booking appointment times or make our reception areas overly crowded with patients who may be anxious about their procedure in the first place.
Phoenix Endodontic Group is a contracted provider for Delta Dental. Additionally, we will gladly bill for all other insurance plans, and help you, the patient, maximize the benefits you do have. We have a team of insurance experts that assist our patients in understanding the sometimes confusing world of dental insurance. we are here to help patients make sense of that process.
In addition to billing insurance on your behalf, you will find our staff demonstrates flexibility and creativity when assisting our patients with treatment costs. We have try to maximize insurance reimbursement for covered procedures by suggesting payors that help with out of pocket expenses. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our experienced staff members for assistance. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
